Sales options

You can specify due date terms, enter tax rates, enter email text for your invoices, and connect to Stripe for online payments in the Sales Options screen.

  1. From the company setup menu, choose Sales Options.
  2. Enter the required information.

    Note: The due date terms you select determine how many days from the invoice date until an invoice is due. If necessary, you can override the due date on an invoice.

  3. Enter the following information, if desired.

    • To charge sales tax, mark the Charge Sales Tax checkbox, and enter the tax rate.
    • To set up your Stripe account to accept online payments from your customers, click the Connect to Stripe button.
    • Enter text that will appear in an email message when you send an invoice by email.
  4. Click Save.
