My Account

In the My Account screen, you can change your login email address and password.

Notes

  • If you change your email address in My Account, the application also changes your login email.
  • Mobile users: In the OnBalance mobile app, you can change only your password. To change your login email address, log in to OnBalance on the web, choose My Account from the company setup menu, and enter the new email address.

To open the My Account screen, open your company setup menu and choose My Account.


To set up or change account information, do one of the following.

  • Tap > My Account.
  • Tap More > Settings > My Account.

Note: Changing your email address in My Account does not change your email address in My Company.

The availability of some or all of these features depends on your OnBalance bundle.
