Make a service inactive

You may want to make a service inactive if it was already used in OnBalance but you no longer want to provide it to the market, or if you may want to provide the service again in the future.

  • From the company setup menu, choose Products & Services.
  • Click the service you want to make inactive.
  • Mark the Make service inactive checkbox.
  • Click Save.

Notes

  • When you make a service inactive, that service will no longer appear in the Products & Services screen by default. Also, the inactive service will not appear in the Product/Service Name field in the New Sale screen.
  • To view inactive services, mark the Include Inactive checkbox in the Products & Services screen. Inactive services appear in italicized text in the list.
  • To reactivate a service, click the service, clear the Make service inactive checkbox, and click Save.
  1. Tap More > Products & Services > service name.
  2. Tap Active > Save.
