Delete financial accounts

You may want to delete a financial account if, for example, you do not use that account for your business or you have closed that account.

Note: You can delete a financial account only if the account does not have associated transactions. If a financial account has associated transactions, you can make an account inactive.

  1. From the company setup menu, choose Financial Accounts.
  2. Click the applicable account.
  3. Click Delete Account.
  4. At the prompt, click Yes.

  1. Do one of the following.

    • Tap > Financial Accounts > account to delete.
    • Tap More > Settings > Financial Accounts > account to delete.
  2. Tap Delete Account.
  3. At the prompt, confirm that you want to delete the account.
  4. Tap Save.

  1. Do one of the following.

    • Tap > Financial Accounts > account to delete.
    • Tap More > Settings > Financial Accounts > account to delete.
  2. Tap the Delete Account icon.
  3. At the prompt, confirm that you want to delete the account.
  4. Tap

The availability of some or all of these features depends on your OnBalance bundle.
