Change your email address and login

If your email address has changed from the email address you initially set up in OnBalance, you can easily change that address in the My Account screen.

Notes

  • When you change your email address in My Account, the application changes your login email as well.
  • Changing your email address in My Account does not change your email address in My Company.
  1. From the company setup menu, choose My Account.
  2. Enter your new email address in the Email field.
  3. Click Save.
    1. Do one of the following.

      • Tap Settings > My Account > Profile.
      • Tap More > Settings > Company Information.
    2. Enter your new email address.
    3. Tap Save.

    2. Enter your new email address.

The availability of some or all of these features depends on your OnBalance bundle.
