Import contacts (Mobile)

Note: This feature applies to iOS devices only.

You can import contacts that you maintain on your iOS device into your customer list in OnBalance. When you import a contact from your device into OnBalance, all of the contact information you have for your customer is imported to the New Customer screen.

  1. In the Customers screen, tap
  2. In the New Customer screen, tap Import from Contacts.
  3. In your device's contact list, tap the contact you want to import.
  4. Tap Save. Your customer's information will be listed in the Customers screen.

The availability of some or all of these features depends on your OnBalance bundle.
