Resolve issues with bank feeds

The following information may help you resolve issues encountered when using bank feeds.

My financial institution is not available when I connect my financial accounts for bank feeds

If your financial institution is not in the search results list when you connect your financial institutions for bank feeds, Yodlee might not support that financial institution. If this happens, you should contact your accountant, who can then contact Accounting CS Support and request that Yodlee add that institution in the future.

There is a problem with my login details

If you cannot log in to retrieve your bank feeds, you can try the following fixes.

  • Re-enter your login credentials for your financial institution.
  • If re-entering your login credentials does not work, navigate to your banking site and update your password or other information related to your account.

There is a problem with Yodlee trying to get data from my bank

If Yodlee cannot get data from your bank, you can try the following fixes.

  • Log in to your banking site to see if you are able to do so. If you cannot log in to the banking site, the site may be offline.
  • Wait 30 minutes, and then refresh the bank feed.

Tap the Refresh message to refresh the import and obtain the latest transactions.
